DELIVERY & RETURN CONDITIONS
1) CAN I CANCEL MY ORDER?
If your order hasn't been invoiced yet, cancellations can be made more easily and quickly. Uninvoiced orders are orders that haven't yet been processed or shipped. In this case, if you wish to cancel your order, you can initiate a cancellation immediately, without waiting for any refund period. Your refund will be refunded to the card you used for payment, in accordance with your bank's refund policies. This ensures that your payment is securely transferred to the same card.
2) IS RETURN SHIPPING FREE?
When returns are sent through our partnered shipping companies, we offer a discounted shipping fee. The user is responsible for paying this fee.
3) HOW DO I RETURN A PRODUCT?
Select the order you wish to return from the "My Orders" page and click the "Request a Return" button. Select the product you want to return and the reason for the return, then click the "Request a Return" button again.
After submitting your request, you can follow the steps below to initiate the return process:
• Include your name, surname, date, and signature on the front of the invoice.
• Package the product with all its accessories.
• To obtain the contracted shipping code, you can contact us by emailing info@seduras.com.
*The product must be unused, the tags must be intact, and it must be resalable.
*Our briefs and boxers are not eligible for returns. Returns of these products are not accepted for hygiene reasons.
*If you return products purchased as part of a promotion, the terms and conditions of the promotion may be affected. For example, if you return a product after taking advantage of a "Buy 2, Get 1 Free" promotion, the promotion benefit will be canceled, and the remaining products will be valued at the pre-promo price. If the promotion ends, the refund will be processed at the promotional price.
*Your return period is 15 days from the date your order was delivered to you.
*Returned products arriving at our address are first verified to ensure they comply with our return procedures. For products that meet our return procedures, the return process is processed by your bank within 1-5 business days of receiving your return. Information about the transfer of the amount to your account will be sent to the email address registered in our systems. Following the notification email, the transfer will typically take 3-14 business days, depending on your bank's procedures.
*If you prefer to send your return with a different shipping company, you can send it to the address below. However, shipping costs for returns sent with different shipping companies may be higher due to the use of a contracted code.
